We have been Potter Heating, Cooling & Plumbing customers for about 4 years and are part of their USA maintenance program and we are extremely happy with it. Their excellent technicians perform maintenance on our air conditioner, furnace and water system annually and they are competent, personable and wonderful to deal with. They always have to do most of their work on their side/back in our cramped crawl space and are amazingly all smiles and upbeat even when spending several hours under there. They always provide a detailed summary of all they accomplished giving my wife and I total confidence in a worry free summer/winter season!!
Over this past winter, due to the extreme cold, we developed leaks in the pipes in our crawl space and our water pump went. Potter Heating, Cooling & Plumbing came down very quickly and had us up and running very quickly. When the job was completed, we became aware that a drain pipe I had asked then to reroute in a different way was inadvertently not completed as agreed and when I pointed that out to Josh, their Operations Manager, he quickly had Kyle, one of their excellent technicians come back and reroute the drain pipe as agreed with zero extra cost. Kyle was personable, efficient and competent. My wife and I highly recommend Potter, Heating, Cooling and Plumbing!
Our furnace acted up on one of the coldest days of the year. Called Potter. Christina had a tech, Jake, at our house in about two hours. Both of them were personable, professional, and helpful. Jake had us up and running in under two hours. Highly recommend Potters!
I would have expected the garage wall to be replaced that you removed and the electric plug to be attached. They were not. As for your workers, I could not ask for a better team.
