I needed a water heater installed in one of my apartments ASAP. I had a tenant moving in and we had just noticed the water heater was shot. Potter had someone over that day, everything installed and cleaned up within 3 hours. First class all the way. Quality of work and price were unmatched. My furnace was making some horrible noises. I called to make an appointment and someone was sent out that day. Everyone I talked to was friendly, courteous and helpful. Mark came to look at my furnace, got a text saying he was on his way and he was on time and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody!! They are great!

Found this company on Facebook Penfield page recommendation. Christmas weekend we had an emergency. Texting and talking with the owner I felt completely at ease. The technician who came, Kyle, was amazing. Completely professional, and easy to talk with. He was extremely quick and efficient. Made the whole experience so easy. I highly recommend this company for anyone. They are efficient, punctual, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are respectful of your property and time. Highly recommend! I was without heat on a weekend. My furnace was installed by another company last year, and completely quit. The other company would not return my phone calls! I called Potter Heating and they came right out and fixed it so it would work, then ordered parts to repair the original install! Was completely repaired professionally and respectfully! Highly recommend to anyone out there seeking new install or service.
