I was very pleased with Potter Company. Being a retired pipefitter and veteran they were just what I was looking for. They did a professional job. Special thanks to Mark, Kortni and our service specialist Kyle along with his partner. They definitely deserve their 5 star rating and I highly recommend a veteran owned company as POTTER!

However, In my opinion, the service fee to come out should be deducted from the cost of labor when the customer agrees to obtain their services especially when the diagnosis & replacement part only takes less than 10 minutes! I am grateful for the timely service but believe the charge was a bit excessive.

I was able to set up the job for just a couple of days after the day I called. Cody was my service technician. He was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed, was incredibly courteous and respectful, and worked quickly and efficiently to run my gas line. I couldn't recommend him enough. The job ended up costing a little more than I anticipated, but it did involve drilling through solid concrete, so it is what it is.

Troy was the Technician, he was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my many questions even as he had a busy schedule. Nice guy. Scheduling through the office was quick, easy and accommodating. I was not required to make a payment because the system was under the one year service and parts coverage for a new installation.
