Potter will take care of your heating and plumbing (and more). They replaced my 53 year old, failing, boiler in less than 3 days at a very reasonable, competitive cost. I feel like the value was outstanding and will definitely be returning to Potter myself as well as recommending them to anyone who asks.
We had a real plumbing emergency and the Tech arrived timely and kept at it until resolved. Not an easy job, but he remained positive and professional. He's also a veteran, so we're equally and humbly appreciative of his service to our country. Thank you!!!
Todd repaired my two toilets and I am very happy with his work. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I would definitely use Potter's again.
Todd came today to repair a leak in my kitchen sink. He was very good about explaining with the problem was and how to repair it. He finished the work in a timely manner and I was very happy with the work he did. I will be using them again.

We had a new furnace installed with additional ductwork. From the estimate to planning to installation to follow up, the Potter team was friendly, courteous, and professional in every step of the process. Work was completed in one day by this team and everything was cleaned up as if they were never here. We would highly recommended Potter HVAC.

We needed emergency service on a Sunday for a clogged kitchen sink. David (owner of Potter) personally called me in response to my anxious request. He sent a very kind and capable plumber named Sebastian to solve the problem. Sebastian was here in less than an hour and explained everything and was a pleasure to talk to, he will be requested on any future issues if available.
I feel the price was fair for a Sunday call and the quality of service Potter provided.
