A!ways professional and efficient. Good to do business with.
Every technician I have worked with has been professional and honest.
I am a local property management company. I had a tenant call for no heat. Potter Heating Cooling & Plumbing was very professional and detailed from start to the end. I love that they have a texting service that lets you know when their tech is on the way. They were even able to add my tenant into the notification!
Shawn Hoose replaced our defunct AC unit with a working Ruud air conditioner!
Did an excellent job running a gas line to our outdoor fire pit. Good quality and reasonable price. Will use again
Professionals who are skilled and focused on customer satisfaction. Consistently: on time, good value, excellent quality, on time, friendly and highly skilled. Look to Potter as opposed to heavily advertised larger services; you will find their organization far superior.
I highly recommend Potter Heating & Cooling. Our technician, Troy, was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had our AC back on in less than an hour.
