I was very happy with the whole process. The pricing was great, the install happened very quickly after approving quote, and everything was cleaned up after the install. Would highly recommend Potter Heating and Cooling, and they will be the first call I make when we require any additional work or service.
Very professional and responsive to our no-heat Furnace needs. Price for the quality service was fair. Troy was excellent. 5 stars will absolutely use again in the future. Even had the opportunity to discuss potentially adding AC to our house while Troy was repairing the furnace. Definitely something we are considering!

We have been customer's of Potter Heating for many years. I would give a six star rating but my choices only went up to five. The service was immediate and excellent. Troy, our Technician, was polite, kind, courteous and intelligent. You can't ask for better than complete success and Troy's work outcome speaks for itself! We are warm again during a winter freeze in weather. We want to personally thank Troy and Potter Heating
They were able to get out fast, Troy was solid and worked fast, needed to get a little creative to make the final fix work and the boiler's running great now!
Technicians were dispatched in a timely fashion. Technicians were both knowledgeable and curious. They fixed my problem within a reasonable time. I would highly recommend Potter to anyone.

I had a great experience with Sebastian at Potter! I had two toilets that had leaked through my ceiling, and he knew exactly what it was. The price was reasonable, which is hard to come by these days. He was kind and patient with my issues. They also have great monthly programs for plumbing & hvac issues, around $12 a month to become a member. He was very respectful of my home and even put up with my wild dog haha. 5 stars all around!
