The technician showed up on time and did a great job doing preventative maintenance on my systems. Found out a few weeks later my fan would not work if I put it in the on mode and they came out the next day and realized the wiring wasn't quite right and fixed it in a jiffy for no additional charge. Really appreciated that that was included in the previous maintenance.
Experienced professionals who value you as a customer and place an extraordinary amount of detail in their work. The service was fast and efficient. Each of the employees were knowledgeable and respectful. I felt very confident placing my A/C installation in the hands of Potter Heating Cooling and Plumbing. I would highly recommend their service.
