Found this company on Facebook Penfield page recommendation. Christmas weekend we had an emergency. Texting and talking with the owner I felt completely at ease. The technician who came, Kyle, was amazing. Completely professional, and easy to talk with. He was extremely quick and efficient. Made the whole experience so easy. I highly recommend this company for anyone. They are efficient, punctual, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are respectful of your property and time. Highly recommend! I was without heat on a weekend. My furnace was installed by another company last year, and completely quit. The other company would not return my phone calls! I called Potter Heating and they came right out and fixed it so it would work, then ordered parts to repair the original install! Was completely repaired professionally and respectfully! Highly recommend to anyone out there seeking new install or service.

I am incredibly pleased with the service we received from Potter when our furnace went down on Christmas day. They were prompt and easy to work with but what impressed me most was their willingness to stand by their work and not charge for a few of the parts that ended up not being the fix. This is something we have not experienced with other contractors. When it inevitably came time to replace the furnace all together, they worked with our budget and had a complete install turned around in just a few days right in the middle of the Holiday season. Other companies we spoke with were weeks away from even being able to come take a look. We are incredibly appreciative of the help from Kyle, Rick, Lloyd, and Christine to get us up and running. Thank you!!
