Potter heating and cooling came to my rescue when my smart meter warned me something was wrong. It was my boiler stuck on with open valves. They fixed and installed new smart thermostats so I can follow any heating issues from my phone. I'm very grateful for their team.

Super fast, kind and intelligent. Greg was great, explained everything he was doing and how it all worked. Was nice to have some more understanding on how everything flows together vs just slapping parts on it.

I'm beyond grateful and impressed with our plumber/technician and the owner Dave. We had the best experience when our hot water tank stopped working. They made every effort to find the part (ETA 2 weeks). We were replaced and had hot water in 3 days. Cody was polite, informative and got the job done! Thanks Potter! Highly recommend ????
