I'm beyond grateful and impressed with our plumber/technician and the owner Dave. We had the best experience when our hot water tank stopped working. They made every effort to find the part (ETA 2 weeks). We were replaced and had hot water in 3 days. Cody was polite, informative and got the job done! Thanks Potter! Highly recommend ????

Cody came out to my place and diagnosed my water problem. He was very polite and very knowledgeable and helped me understand how my well system works better. I would highly recommend. He spoke very highly of the company he works for too.
This place is a 10 out of 10. I foolishly waited until it was freezing out to turn my heat on this year just to find out my furnace was dead after 25 years of service. David got me a new furnace for much less than I was expecting. Now the install was even more impressive. The technician (Shawn) shows up at my house, on time, and had the old furnace removed and the new furnace installed in less then 2 hours without any trace (besides a working furnace) of him ever being here. This is the kind of service you can only get from a local company that puts customers first.
