Kyle Brown came to our house to do a cleaning and service on our furnace and air conditioner. He was very thorough and explained what was in good condition and a couple items that needed to be replaced. I was very happy with the service and Kyle's knowledge and professionalism.
Potter has done several jobs for us and we have always been happy with the service and the work itself. The staff and technicians very helpful. The tech was on time and the work was impeccable. Very happy and will use them again when we need it.

I called Potter today at 1:30P.M on a holiday weekend. The receptionist advised me they could send a technician out TODAY. Which was already a sigh of relief. Spencer arrived early and with a friendly demeanor. He immediately located the issue. A malfunctioning capacitor. He was professional and knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile and inspected a few closed baffles in my basement. I will definitely be contacting Potter again for any of my problems and service needs
