I could not have had a better experience with Potter. A trusted HVAC Contractor told us we needed to replace an old boiler which would have cost thousands. Potters did a few minor repairs and explained why the boiler should be good for years to come. Greg also inspected and advised me on an ancient furnace in a rent house. I had been unable to find another contractor who was willing and able to provide the service.
Potter was hands down the best at installing my new furnace and heat pump! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. From scheduling to installing and service they are a 10/10.

Great, local, long-standing company! The plumber was knowledgeable, cleaned up, and was very pleasant to work with. I was able to get the apointment in 2 days.

Ricky was great! He informed me as to what he was doing and what the problem was and got things fixed promptly and efficiently. The office staff was gracious as well.
Always awesome. All the techs are super friendly and professional. They do great work. Will never think twice about paying for/renewing our service contract with Potter.
