I have been with Potter for over 15 years, they installed my current system, and the service has always been exceptional. This year Tony serviced my heating system. He upholds the Potter gold standard reputation! I asked questions, he showed me parts, and let me know what maintenance might be coming up. Thanks Potter for the excellent service ????

They are very quick to respond and do good work. I think they did such a good job and were so pleasant that I signed up for the annual maintenance on the furnace and ac. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

This is the second year I have used this company and every time I've called they are always professional and friendly. They also very timely they gave me a window of a couple of hours but was at my house in the first half an hour. Not many companies come that quickly. Also their prices are extremely reasonable. They have my business!!

I used this company for the 1st time (because I could not get an appointment in a timely manner from 3 other HVAC companies) and I was very impressed from the lady (I forgot her name) who answered my call to the service technician (Dustin) who performed the cleaning and work on my furnace. They listened to my concerns, spoke to me in a friendly professional tone, answered my questions and advised me of the options that were available to me. I will call them again and again …..for my HVAC needs.
I called Potter on a Sunday morning when I realized the AC unit had been running all night, yet the house temp was 80. They had someone out within 60 minutes. They fixed the issue within an hour. No major parts needed. To say I was relieved is an understatement. Extremely professional and reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them. Thank you!
