We have been working with Potter since we moved here in 2020. They put in our new HVAC system and water heater and have been servicing our system since then with annual maintenance to keep it humming for decades to come. The office staff are top-notch and the service team is on time, polite and efficient. We couldn't ask for anything more.
The best; organized, expert, and friendly. The promptness and professionalism Potter exhibited in their dealings with me could not have been better; there are still service companies that do it right and I can't think of a better example than Potter.
Great place! They did a fantastic job installing out new systems. The prices were reasonable and they have a veterans discount. We've since had an issue, and they sent someone out asap. Sadly, this was 10pm at night. The guys that work there are all fantastic. Professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to install or service your heating and cooling systems.
Excellent Staff…from Jake to Jessica -Kait and then Shawn!! They had a touch situation when one of their installers was injured which of course threw a wrench in their scheduling! They overcame the obstacle-with a short delay! Install went smooth! House is "Cooler" than ever!!
