Dave at Potter HVAC was great! He was responsive, knowledgeable and immediately sold me on a new air conditioner because his prices were way below the big HVAC companies in Rochester. Amazing value and an overall positive experience! He's installing an AC unit and a furnace for my parents on my recommendation. Thanks again!
My elderly parents called Potter Heating & cooling when their boiler system was not functioning correctly. They had previously called 2 different companies, neither of which were able to fix the problem and in fact made it worse. Todd Collins was the Potter technician who arrived and he was very thorough, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed and completed the work in a very timely manner and my parents (as well as myself) were very happy with his service.

Called and made a same day appointment, they texted to say they were ahead of schedule, so were able to stop by earlier. They diagnosed the issue quickly, and made the repair quickly too... they do great work, very clean and neatly done! I'd highly recommend them.
I called Potter for a gas leak located near my water heater. They returned my call the next morning and were able to shuffle around a technician's schedule to fit me in. Todd came out about an hour later and was able to identify the leak locations quickly and repair them. He was knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and answered all my technical questions to help me better understand my system. Thanks Todd!
