Excellent company! David came to do estimate, within a week we have air conditioning!! Everything went smooth and a very personal touch following up!
All I can say is the owners and the Technicians are fabulous! Terry came out diagnosed the issue and had it up and running! This is not the time of year to have no heat! Thank you all so much! I highly recommend this company!
I was so impressed with this company. They were super attentive, came to service both my furnace and faucet and was so patient with my questions. Shane was our service man and he seemed so knowledgeable and thorough with his work. I would definitely recommend them!!
I need to add to this review. We needed to replace our furnace. Dave and his crew Shawn were great. They gave me a competitive price and did the work quickly. It's so nice to see a company who has wonderful customer service!!
From the very top (owner) to the very bottom (the office dog) this place is great. Owner cares about his guys, they all work as one. Call them before you call anyone else.

Potter was the 5-6th service company I called today trying to set up a service call for a furnace that was not working. The others before quickly let me know they were backed up and could get to me for a few days. Potter sent me right to the on call service tech, who was busy, but took the 15 minutes to help troubleshoot over the phone (which worked). The tech (Shane) even called me back to be sure it worked. While they couldn't bill me today, they earned a customer for life. Marketing at its best....Thank you Shane!

Very professional company. I've been working side by side with them for years as an electrician. If I hire a Heating and cooling company it is them.
