I purchased a new boiler from these folks a year ago and just had the first cleaning (complimentary). My experiences with this company have been wonderful. Tony, the serviceman who came today explained all that he had done and addressed an issue that was troubling me with the boiler. Everyone in the company is very professional and there is a sense of teamwork that one doesn't see often today. I would highly recommend them. Susan S.
Wow! We've delt with several different companies dealing with repairs and upgrades to our home. This company has THE BEST PEOPLE working for them. Everyone we delt with from the call center to the technicians who came to our home were amazing. Recommended 100% don't waste your time looking around for something better. These guys are it!
Reasonably priced, honest, friendly and professional service, very responsive. I recommended Potter to my son, who used Potter and was very pleased. He thought he needed a new furnace, but Potter assured him his present one was doing fine. A big relief.

We can not find the appropriate words to express how amazing Potter HVAC truly is! From the customer service reps to the techs that come out this people have been some of most polite, professional and wonderful people we have ever known. They are patient and will take the time to answer any and all questions, even if called on a thanksgiving day due to concerns with our heating system. Special thank you to Mr. Kyle Hall whom has helped us correct issues with our system most recently. Kyle deserves recognition for his patience, knowledge and attention to detail. If you aren't using Potter then you aren't getting the service you deserve!
We thought we detected the odor of gas in our basement. Kyle responded...found and corrected the problem. Job well done.

Excellent service!!! The technicians are friendly, professional, and care about their customers. They are extremely knowledgeable and are able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately. They went above and beyond for us to make sure our furnace was working. In the process, they discovered that we had a serious problem with our breaker box and made sure we were connected to an electrician who was there in 45 minutes to fix the electrical problem and avert catastrophe. Thank you very much, Todd, Jake, and Tony for all of your help!!! We highly recommend Potter for all HVAC needs!!!
