I had a hot water boiler fail on a 15 degree day. Potter was there within the hour, not exaggerating. The tech was able to diagnose the issues quickly and explained what needed to be done before proceeding. This house is new to me so the tech (Kyle McCormack) went the extra mile to recommend some non-emergency repairs to keep an eye on in the future. The pricing was fair given the work that was performed and everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional and personable. Five out of five.

He went above & beyond to help me get my furnace functioning & installing a Nest thermostat.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! Dave and his team are wonderful! I had a heating issue and Todd (who is awesome) found the problem and made sure that everything was working perfectly. This is a company that takes pride in the way they treat their customers!! Thank you again...you guys are the BEST!!

Called regarding water heater leaking all over, Todd was sent with new water heater within a couple of hours . Can't say enough about how polite, efficient and hard working Todd was. Appreciated Todd's "can do" spirit. . . Even maneuvering our basement stairs, which was no easy task. Great job Todd and thank you Potter HVAC for such a quick response!
