I just moved in to this house. Troy inspected, cleaned and tuned the HVAC system. He answered all my questions. He did a good job explaining the system to me.

I woke up to no heat. Called Potter at 6AM. The service tech, Kenny, was here within 20 minutes. He was eager to help and had the heat back on in 15 minutes!
