Tony, the service technician, was very prompt, professional, and clearly communicated the problem and solution. He showed us what the issue was with the furnace, took time to explain how that affected the heating system, and how it could resolved. I was extremely impressed by the time this service person took to make sure that we understood. I would definitely use this organization again without hesitation.
highly recommend!! our furnace went out and they arrived in 24 hours to install a new one. everyone I delt with was very friendly and professional. the installers were done in no time, did a clean install and were very mindful while in and out of the house with materials. was a great local small bussiness to work with.

I had a hot water boiler fail on a 15 degree day. Potter was there within the hour, not exaggerating. The tech was able to diagnose the issues quickly and explained what needed to be done before proceeding. This house is new to me so the tech (Kyle McCormack) went the extra mile to recommend some non-emergency repairs to keep an eye on in the future. The pricing was fair given the work that was performed and everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional and personable. Five out of five.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! Dave and his team are wonderful! I had a heating issue and Todd (who is awesome) found the problem and made sure that everything was working perfectly. Called regarding water heater leaking all over, Todd was sent with new water heater within a couple of hours . Can't say enough about how polite, efficient and hard working Todd was. Appreciated Todd's "can do" spirit. . . Even maneuvering our basement stairs, which was no easy task. Great job Todd and thank you Potter HVAC for such a quick response!
Todd was excellent at installing a new kitchen faucet and sprayer and unclogging our bathtub clog. He left the old ones in a plastic bag as I left instructions to do so. Since we were out of town, he called me when he finished the work, explaining everything he did and answered my questions.
A furnace technician is coming out next month to do the annual maintenance and inspection for our natural gas furnace.
Dealing with Todd and everyone at Potter Heating Cooling & Plumbing was easy and a great experience. They communicated very well throughout the whole process, from calling for an appointment through completion, and understood what I wanted and needed to have done.
