We needed a new sump pump. Sam showed up on time and effectively installed, help educate us on prolonging usage, and even discarded our old one for us. He was great to deal with. We are a repeat customer and will definitely will use your services again. Thank you!
Shortly after moving into our home, a natural gas leak and dead hot water tank greeted us with a warm welcome. We called many many local plumbing/HVAC companies with no answer from most and a no show from one who claimed they would come. NYSEG cut the gas so we were left with no heat or hot water. Potter was the only company who cared about there customers enough to come out and help us. Todd from Potter HVAC came quickly to our home and took care of every issue. Very positive professional attitude, especially for being called in on his day off. Todd answered all of my questions, showed me all of his work, and took the worry out of the whole situation. The NYSEG pipe fitter who came for the inspection prior to turning on the meter was impressed with Todd's work. Thank you Todd and Potter HVAC, the only company I will use from now on!
Dave at Potter HVAC was great! He was responsive, knowledgeable and immediately sold me on a new air conditioner because his prices were way below the big HVAC companies in Rochester. Amazing value and an overall positive experience! He's installing an AC unit and a furnace for my parents on my recommendation. Thanks again!
