Todd was excellent at installing a new kitchen faucet and sprayer and unclogging our bathtub clog. He left the old ones in a plastic bag as I left instructions to do so. Since we were out of town, he called me when he finished the work, explaining everything he did and answered my questions.
A furnace technician is coming out next month to do the annual maintenance and inspection for our natural gas furnace.
Dealing with Todd and everyone at Potter Heating Cooling & Plumbing was easy and a great experience. They communicated very well throughout the whole process, from calling for an appointment through completion, and understood what I wanted and needed to have done. I am happy that I found them to take care of our heating and plumbing needs.
David the Tech was friendly and professional. Had our new system installed within a few days of signing the agreement and paying the deposit, and gave us the best price.
