Prompt, professional and fair.
They came and evaluated the problems with my current system. Their service tech did a great job of helping me understand all the steps he could and what my options were. They were entirely professional the entire time and in the end I chose to get a new system installed. They turned around within a week and had a new system installed for me. All around great service. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Mike came out Sunday and Ryan on Tuesday. Both were very professional and honest. We ended up getting the maintenance program and we're very happy with them.
This company is awesome! I had a weekend situation with a person I am caretaker for. They had someone there within a half hour and remedied the problem! Very personable and professional! Kudos to Mike and the company!!!
I've used Potter for the past 2 years for maintenance and repairs to our HVAC and plumbing. The technicians are always great to deal with and show up in the expected window of time. I feel the pricing has been fair and the work has been great.
