Robert of Potter Heating was very friendly, professional and a good communicator. The maintenance check and quote for repairs were reasonable. An overall good experience!
Ryan was punctual and efficient. He explained what he had to do and did. his best because being a weekend he couldn't check inventory for the parts necessary to keep the hearT coming.

Potter was very responsive. Appointments were made in a timely manner. Both the gentlemen that came to the house were professional and very knowledgeable. Both of them explained in understandable detail the work that needed or had been done. I felt very comfortable with them and would not hesitate to use them again.!
Oct 2022: Kyle was wonderful. He was on time and professional and told me everything he was doing. He even ran out to get the correct furnace filter he didn't have in his truck.I will definitely use this company again and recommend to friends.
UPDATE: Oct. 23, 2023...today Keith was here for the yearly furnace and air con cleanings. 5 more stars...should add them so they get a 10! This company is fantastic!
I had no heat, called Potter and they sent someone that same morning. It was the operations manager, previously a technician, who came because they had so many calls. He was knowledgeable, courteous and able to fix/explain what problem It turned out to be something that had to be repaired because of earlier work on the AC by a different company. Potter will now be my go-to for both furnace and AC just because of the professionalism of their representative. I truly feel he was honest, straightforward and provided exceptional customer service.
Technician arrived as to schedule and reminded us ahead of time of the arrival time. He serviced the boiler - something we have them do every fall.
