We had a baseboard for our boiler that hadn't been used for over 10+ years. Ricky came out and realized that it was air locked immediately. He flushed the system and got it working for us at a super affordable cost. He was personable and made it a painless experience. We've had three different companies come out for different things since we purchased our home but will now continue to use Potter from here on out because it was a great experience.

Our furnace went out, so we called Potter and they came to our house about a day or so later to help us figure out next steps. During our meeting, we picked out the best new furnace option for us and scheduled a day for our new furnace to be installed. We only waited a few days and Potter came and installed a new furnace, humidifier and new thermostat for us. They were very helpful with all their information and were very professional. They got the job done in a few hours and we had no issues at all. Would highly recommend their services and am thankful we got this done in time before the cold weather!
