I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Potter. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. They were great with communication and sent text reminders and updates. They even sent a picture of my technician with his phone number prior to coming over. My technician was very knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail and was very honest. Pricing was reasonable and I didn't feel pressured. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again.
