12/14 update
I woke up to no heat. Called Potter at 6AM. The service tech, Kenny, was here within 20 minutes. He was eager to help and had the heat back on in 15 minutes!
The best customer service ever from Ricky. He was kind, understanding and fixed our problem in no time. Thanks!
Had Kenny from Potter Heating, Cooling & Plumbing perform maintenance on our propane furnace today and he was today excellent. Had to do it on his side/back in our cramped crawl space and was amazingly all smiles and upbeat and worked for several hours under there. His detailed summary of all he accomplished gives my wife and I total confidence in a worry free heating season!!
Kenny was extremely courteous. I felt much better when he explained that all is well with my boiler system.
The best of the best woke up one morning in late April. No heat called Potter came right out found out. We are going to need a new furnace they did everything they could to get the house comfortable for the day the next morning around 6:30 AM. They were there with a new furnace and Dave work the finance so that we could go ahead and put a brand new air conditioning unit in with a new furnace couldn't ask for anything better out of a company or an owner or a staff never have to worry about your house being uncomfortable with team Potter on board. Thank you so much have a great holiday season. See you in the spring they also do a superb job on tankless hot water heaters.

Kyle Brown did an exceptional job performing preventative maintenance. He pointed out any areas of concern and provided an overall heath checkup on my heating system. Kyle was very professional and represented Potter in a favorable manner.
