They came out to check a plumbing issue and were super honest about what we could do to fix it. Some companies tell you to do things knowing it will rack up the expenses to their favor but they gave us solutions that we could do ourselves. I would highly recommend them!
Tony not only did regular maintenance on our AC unit but corrected an HVAC problem in the house which we have had since moving in 20 years ago. Our upstairs floor was not being heated or cooled. He diagnosed the problem as a damper that was not opening and corrected the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. Thanks very much, Tony.

Once again I am so impressed with the service provided to me! My air conditioner stopped working on Saturday and they came and had it up and running in no time! The service technician was super sweet and explained everything!!! We are VERY fortunate to have a local company like Potter !!!
This could be a long story, but to get down to it, I used a different company many years ago that installed our new very expensive furnace and so I was always skeptical of having anyone else come in. To the point I hadn't had maintenance come for nearly 4 years. Let me tell you I'm not just satisfied with the work, I'm impressed.
I shamefully didn't catch his name , but was very professional, personable and did his job quite well.
I've had the other company mangle metal and leave it that way. This was my first serive with Potter and he came in did his job thoroughly I might add as well as cleaned up and left it as nice as it was. He even used his own hose outside and had his own foil tape. Just all around impressed, he even showed me the meter readings of my AC unit and gave us an all green as it was working in tip top shape.. .
We signed up for a maintenance program that doesn't break the bank as well.
Potter is local, As I get older I realize how important it is to support local and also Potter is Veteran owned.
I highly recommend them. I. very happy we chose Potter.
