In a word "Terrific!" Just purchased an old farmhouse and needed some help with the HVAC system. Tony performed maintenance on the system, found several issues, repaired same and came back the following week for installation of a new duct line requiring that he blow through the stone foundation wall (1930) . A devilish job requiring a lot of strength and body contortions. Beautiful job. In and out in about 2 hours. Fantastic experience. We will be a Potter customer henceforth!!!
Approx 2.5 weeks ago, I contacted Potter to resolve a leak in my pressure water tank and install a new water heater as well. Everyone I talked to at Potter including Dori (sp), Troy and Josh, were very helpful and extremely nice. Shawn came out and did a great job with the installation. I hope I don't need their services in the future, but if I have any plumbing or A/C needs, I will be sure to call Potter again. Highly recommend them!!
Potter has serviced my boiler for the past few years and always provides prompt service. I appreciate the technician, Troy's, ability to explain the problem in terms that I understand, and let me know repair options. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend Potter. This is a company I use a lot. Furnace and Air Con cleaning, any plumbing needs. They always explain what they need to do before each job. Then explain what was done after. They are always friendly and clean up after each job. Kyle was wonderful today.
Turned to Potter based upon what I had read and that they are veteran owned. The person that installed the A/C and furnace new considered us a "new customer" and he wasn't taking on new customers. Potter answered my contact immediately and put us on the calendar. Communication before the visit was great. Communication with the technician was thorough and professional. Potter has our business moving forward.
Great company! The project manager was timely and explained the project well. The 2 service men were friendly, helpful, did a wonderful job, cleaned up well, and explained everything. I am absolutely thrilled with the service, service plan - all of it! I highly recommend them!

We contacted Potter HVAC to come out and do our annual maintenance. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. It was a great experience overall.
