So if your looking for any kind of heating or cooling work I highly recommend Potter's! they came out to my place and did an estimate on what unit would best suit me and my family. they didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need. they were honest and punctual. they offer great deals and easy financing for you if needed. they offer great deals and easy financing for you if needed. I was able to get a quick appointment to fix my furnace. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, and my furnace was running again within an hour from start to finish. They were efficient and professional.
Furnace stopped working on the coldest day we've had so far this year, after hours. They sent someone out at 8:30 at night. He got it running again and explained quite a bit about how my furnace works and was a consummate professional. Will use them in the future for havac needs.

I purchased a new boiler from these folks a year ago and just had the first cleaning (complimentary). My experiences with this company have been wonderful. Tony, the serviceman who came today explained all that he had done and addressed an issue that was troubling me with the boiler. Wow! We've delt with several different companies dealing with repairs and upgrades to our home. This company has THE BEST PEOPLE working for them. Everyone we delt with from the call center to the technicians who came to our home were amazing. Recommended 100% don't waste your time looking around for something better. These guys are it!
Reasonably priced, honest, friendly and professional service, very responsive. I recommended Potter to my son, who used Potter and was very pleased. He thought he needed a new furnace, but Potter assured him his present one was doing fine. A big relief.
