Natural Gas Line Inspection
We needed a gas line inspection. The fella that came was not sure of the situation and wouldn't complete the job without spending almost an hour with his supervisor and others to be positive of ALL aspects of the inspection, he thoroughly inspected everything including all the joints, valves, unions, connections, the meter, all the appliances, EVERYTHING! The most through inspection imaginable. It all passed with flying colors, he filled out all the paperwork properly for the gas company to turn on the service. He accomplished this in a knowledgeable, professional and friendly manner. It did take awhile because he wanted to get it completed in a timely manner so the gas could be turned on without any more delays. He left us with his cell phone number and a promise that any issues with the gas company, I or they can call him and he would come back while they are here. Great person to deal with! I appreciated all his help, knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness, and abilities. WE will definitely do business with them again and definitely ask for him! Dan R.
The person that helped me with the boiler system was very informative. He explained each step through his diagnostic process. Great conversationalist and very positive personality. For me, Potter has installed 2 split systems, a gas furnace, and done several maintenance and repair jobs. They have always be competitive, reliable and professional, have done what they said they would do at the price quoted, and they have never had to come back to adjust something that wasn't done right in the first place. I'm quite happy with them.
Reasonably priced, honest, friendly and professional service, very responsive. I recommended Potter to my son, who used Potter and was very pleased. He thought he needed a new furnace, but Potter assured him his present one was doing fine. A big relief.
Excellent service!!! The technicians are friendly, professional, and care about their customers. They are extremely knowledgeable and are able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately. They went above and beyond for us to make sure our furnace was working. In the process, they discovered that we had a serious problem with our breaker box and made sure we were connected to an electrician who was there in 45 minutes to fix the electrical problem and avert catastrophe. Tony quickly identified the problem with my unit, corrected it, and advised me regarding how to proceed in the future. He was very careful to protect my hardwood floors on his many trips in and out of my home. I should mention that Potter accommodated me the day after my first call to them. In contrast, another well known company (which professes to provide prompt service) would have scheduled me 7-10 days out!! I would absolutely recommend Potter.
