Stumbled across this company, pleasantly surprised. Purchased new home and wanted to service AC to make sure in good shape. From 1st contact to day of appointment all went well.
I called Potter today at 1:30P.M on a holiday weekend. The receptionist advised me they could send a technician out TODAY. Which was already a sigh of relief. Spencer arrived early and with a friendly demeanor. He immediately located the issue. A malfunctioning capacitor. He was professional and knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile and inspected a few closed baffles in my basement. I will definitely be contacting Potter again for any of my problems and service needs
Senastisn was great. He explained what he was doing and did a thorough cleaning and inspection. I'd definitely want him to come back in the future.
Found issue that everyone else didn't find. Very complete and competent.

We were having water pressure problems. They sent out Sebastian and he diagnosed that it was a bad pressure reducing valve. Sebastian was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my questions. He easily replaced the valve and restored our water pressure. Also, Siberian in the office was also very friendly and accommodating when setting up the appointments. I highly recommend Potter Heating, Cooling and Plumbing! Also, they are veteran owned, thank you for your service.
