I made an appt for a Thursday but they never showed up. I left a message. They were able to squeeze me in for Friday. Paid about $400 for a A/C system repair. Kyle was responsive and clearly explained what was wrong and completed the repair promptly. Lost a star for not showing up at the original appt given when I made the appt on Tuesday of the same week.

Tony quickly identified the problem with my unit, corrected it, and advised me regarding how to proceed in the future. He was very careful to protect my hardwood floors on his many trips in and out of my home. I should mention that Potter accommodated me the day after my first call to them. In contrast, another well known company (which professes to provide prompt service) would have scheduled me 7-10 days out!! I would absolutely recommend Potter.

Our Tech Kyle was very helpful, assessing the repair needed and finished the job on our unit. He and the rest of the Potter Heating/ Cooling company Family are just that Great, plus friendly, and professional. They came out to check a plumbing issue and were super honest about what we could do to fix it. Some companies tell you to do things knowing it will rack up the expenses to their favor but they gave us solutions that we could do ourselves. I would highly recommend them!

Tony not only did regular maintenance on our AC unit but corrected an HVAC problem in the house which we have had since moving in 20 years ago. Our upstairs floor was not being heated or cooled. He diagnosed the problem as a damper that was not opening and corrected the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. Thanks very much, Tony.
