Our central air decided to stop producing cool air just before this weeks heat wave. I sent a message to Potter explaining the issue we were having. I figured I wouldn't hear anything that day because of Juneteenth. Next day 8 am I get a call from Potter heating and cooling. 1:30- 2:00 that same day Kyle was here fixing the issue. We didn't have to wait days to get someone out here. Kyle was very professional answering all our questions,and fixing the problem and getting us up and running not to mention that the bill was reasonable right in the price range I was felt it should be. . Thank you Potter cooling and heating.

The technician showed up on time and did a great job doing preventative maintenance on my systems. Found out a few weeks later my fan would not work if I put it in the on mode and they came out the next day and realized the wiring wasn't quite right and fixed it in a jiffy for no additional charge. Really appreciated that that was included in the previous maintenance.
