This could be a long story, but to get down to it, I used a different company many years ago that installed our new very expensive furnace and so I was always skeptical of having anyone else come in. To the point I hadn't had maintenance come for nearly 4 years. Let me tell you I'm not just satisfied with the work, I'm impressed.
I shamefully didn't catch his name , but was very professional, personable and did his job quite well.
I've had the other company mangle metal and leave it that way. This was my first serive with Potter and he came in did his job thoroughly I might add as well as cleaned up and left it as nice as it was. He even used his own hose outside and had his own foil tape. Just all around impressed, he even showed me the meter readings of my AC unit and gave us an all green as it was working in tip top shape.. .
We signed up for a maintenance program that doesn't break the bank as well.
Potter is local, As I get older I realize how important it is to support local and also Potter is Veteran owned.
I highly recommend them. I. very happy we chose Potter.

Fast responsive service. They came when my heat was down in 3 hours when the company that put the system in (Issac) said they couldn't come for a week! I have since signed up for annual maintenance with Potter and am very happy with there friendly prompt service. I highly recommend them.
