Potter just installed a new furnace and A/C to replace the 21- and 26-year-old units they installed when they were new. I have had contracts for annual inspection and service for many years. I've had very few issues with my units, but they promptly come to fix whatever does happen. The service people are well trained and I have never had a call back for any work done. I highly recommend Potter

Excellent Service!!! We had a new heating unut installed that had a few glitches. Our service tech came out straight away on Saturday and Sunday with parts to resolve the problem. We cannot speak highly enough of Potter.
Potter called to schedule a regular PM appointment. Technician came at the appointed time on the appointed day and provided the PM service. A picture of the technician was provided prior to arrival and he was very pleasant.
