Potter is the friendliest most professional hvac company I've utilized. Their techs are always courteous and respectful of my house, even putting boot covers on before walking through. They even set me up with a regular tech so I know who to expect. They notify me the day before and on the way to the appointment so I know when to expect them. Their office staff and techs communicate information efficiently and promptly. Finally, they always seem to treat me fairly and work to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Best HVAC service in the area.
I needed a water heater installed in one of my apartments ASAP. I had a tenant moving in and we had just noticed the water heater was shot. Potter had someone over that day, everything installed and cleaned up within 3 hours. First class all the way. Quality of work and price were unmatched. Thank you, Potter you are my hvac & plumbing go to for now on!!!
My furnace was making some horrible noises. I called to make an appointment and someone was sent out that day. Everyone I talked to was friendly, courteous and helpful. Mark came to look at my furnace, got a text saying he was on his way and he was on time and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody!! They are great!

Found this company on Facebook Penfield page recommendation. Christmas weekend we had an emergency. Texting and talking with the owner I felt completely at ease. The technician who came, Kyle, was amazing. Completely professional, and easy to talk with. He was extremely quick and efficient. Made the whole experience so easy. I highly recommend this company for anyone. They are efficient, punctual, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are respectful of your property and time.
