We had our propane water heater replaced with an electric one and I can't say enough about how great Potter is at what they do. This is the second time I have called them. The first, they replaced and reinstalled my heat runs that apparently some critter pulled down and destroyed so only 1/2 of my house was getting heat. Both times I have been very happy. Living in a mobile home, trying to squeeze & crawl under it is a nightmare. These guys didn't have a problem with getting the job done. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. And affordable too. I wish I had called them when I needed my furnace replaced a few years ago instead of getting ripped off by my propane company.

The entire process was outstanding from the estimate, booking the install and installation day itself. Very professional. Kyle did a great his with the installation and took time to keep us informed throughout. Glad to support a Veteran owned business ????. The picture below reflect the new Mitsubishi outdoor condenser unit with a little landscaping I just completed. The new mini split unit in the same spot as the 15year old Mitsubishi unit we replaced. Could be more pleased ????

Terrific from start to finish! Sales Rep was professional yet personable and created a contract fitting our needs with a price better than other quotes we received. Installers were at our home within 2 weeks completing the job in half a day! Price & efficiency...can't get that anywhere else! Buy local. Buy from a Veteran run company. Thanks for the central air! Ricky came right when they said they would.
He was very personable,and knowledgeable.
He checked our complete lines for any gas leaks by doing a pressure test and with soupy solution which he sprayed on every joint .
The line held the pressure and no bubbles were found.
He did a great job.

Provided a thorough assessment of my needs and followed through with an excellent installation of my system. All of my questions and concerns were explained completely. Communication with this organization is outstanding. I had dealt with one of the large outfits in Rochester for over 30 years. I fired them because their phone system and communications had gotten so bad. Not the case with Potter. Here you talk to real people, onsite, courteous and efficient.
Very prompt and friendly service. They got my AC back up and running in no time at all.
Our salesman explained what we needed and what the best solution was. Their quote was half the price of the HVAC companies that spend a lot on TV ads. Similar name brand equipment. Save some $$$$ and go with Potter
