Had washing machine shutoff valves replaced. Cody was terrific to work with! He was very professional, and did a quality job. Almost as impressive as the quality work was his great attitude. Sometimes dealing with technicians of any kind these days can be a real challenge. Irritable, curt and just plain rude behavior is common today, but Cody is a breath of fresh air. He is personable and respectful. It was a real pleasure working with Cody. I would not only work with him again, but I also recommend Potter Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical!
Sebastion is our guy! Friendly and courteous. And efficient. He offered useful information for care and maintenance in the future without our asking. This is the second time we have had Sebastion here for a job and we will always ask for him specifically in the future.
Cody was amazing, from the 1st call u til he left. He eased my anxiety and helped us on not only a Sunday but a holiday weekend. He explained everything so in detail and reassured I could call if I needed. Thank you so much again.
Cody already had a long day when he arrived to install our water heater. He had to remove an old on demand unit and convert the system to a tank. He was able to put up with all my questions and explain what to expect from the new system. Although it was past 7:00 pm when he finished, he told me to call him if I had any further questions. He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied.

Great communication. Great appointment options. Difficult to find faulty electrical but never gave up. Very pleased with services. Haved used previously for heating, cooling and plumbing but now they offer electrical.
Spencer visited today for the annual maintenance on the mini-split they installed last year. Great service as always!
This was a new installation of a mini-split heating/ cooling unit. Both technicians were very pleasant and talked to us about where we wanted the inside and outside components installed. We were also instructed on how to operate the unit.
My only comment is how long they had our whole house electric turned off, pretty much the whole time they were here. There must be a more efficient way of adding a circuit to an electrical box.
Cody, the plumber who replaced our toilet, was amazing. He was efficient, knowledgeable, personable and so clean! This is the second job he has done for us and we would welcome him back again. But I really hope we don't need him for a while!
