Required emergency service on a Friday evening. Service was very prompt, courteous and professional. Originally was going to have to wait until Monday for the part but with some extra effort on their part, they were able to get it sooner and have furnace working on Sunday morning.

Potter installed a Mitsubishi heat pump split system for heat and a/c. Free estimate with guidance was provided by knowledgeable salesman. Installation was on-time, professional, excellent workmanship. Nothing left undone. Recommend highly.
Called on a Saturday because the toilet tank wouldn't fill. I heard back right away and had service within a short time. The technician was very friendly and explained the problem. I am definitely pleased with their service.
Cody was on call when my husband called for a sluggish drain that needed a snake. Cody was cheery, upfront about estimating pricing and a good communicator. Upon arrival he was respectful of my home and did a thorough inspection and clean out job. He shared knowledge and took his time. I am 100% satisfied with the work Cody did and would absolutely recommend Potter and would call them again.
