Someone was here within a few hours after the request. The tech was knowledgeable and had the necessary part on his truck. He answered all my questions and advised me on a service agreement which I purchased, this saved me around a $100 on the service call. Was very pleased.
In my case, I had low water pressure throughout my house. I called Potter Heating & Plumbing who was highly recommended to me. They arrived in one day. The plumber was very nice, personable, friendly, knowledgeable and discussed my ongoing concerns. And always wore shoe coverings.
After doing an assessment of the PSI which was in range, he determined the main issue to be the water pressure valve.
He nicely gave me a breakdown of the cost of the new water pressure valve. It was my decision on whether to install a new one. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I chose to have a new one installed. I'm so glad I did.
The water pressure is now in the normal range. The plumber went to each faucet throughout the house and opened each one to not only check the pressure but to also let the air out of the lines.
He cleaned the area of work, showed me the billing invoice and was on his way.
A job well done and much appreciated by the owner. I will have them again in the future and I highly recommend them.
I was referred to Potter Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing by my friend Anthony after experiencing a sump pump failure that caused water to back up into my basement. Anthony connected me with Josh, who promptly arranged for Sebastian to come out after hours to assess the situation. Sebastian was professional, friendly, and efficient in addressing the issue and installed a new sump pump. The next day, Ricky came out to inspect my furnace to ensure it hadn't been damaged by the water. Like Sebastian, Ricky was extremely professional and thorough, providing peace of mind during a stressful time. I really appreciated how quickly Potter responded to my needs and sent out their skilled technicians right away. I highly recommend Potter Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for their excellent service and professionalism!

Everyone I worked with from sales to installation could not have been more professional and mindful of our property. We received several quotes and while they were not the cheapest option the quality of the unit is top notch. The team at Potter heating Cooling & Plumbing were courteous, friendly and professional, with Nate being a stand out talent in his field.
Our (now former) AC was first modified to add booster fans to help the cooled air reach an added on room on our home. This was done by a different company, and it left us having to go up and down stairs to manually turn on and off the main AC fan as well as the booster fans. Within two weeks the AC was banging and not putting out cold air at all.
Lloyd from Potter heating Cooling & Plumbing came and checked out our whole furnace and AC system. Our almost 20 year old AC was giving out. Lloyd brought in someone to do a temporary fix, to keep the current AC limping along (cool air, but not cold) while we decided on which of three plans Lloyd estimated for us.
We now have a new AC unit and the main fan automatically turns on when the thermostat dictates it should. As we hoped, Nate was also able to make the booster fans work on demand, so only when we need the extra boost.
The new system and fans are now dramatically quieter, and just in time for the newest pending heat wave.
