Potter did all the plumbing and HVAC work at our new business in Canandaigua. They were professional, focused on quality, and they stayed on schedule. We had one minor issue when we were finishing our own equipment right before opening and they came out at 9pm on a Saturday night and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Unbelievable service with this local company, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
Called for a same day service on my furnace (no heat issue). They were able to get an HVAC tech out within hours of my call. Shane was very professional, knowledgeable, was able to identify the issue within minutes and resolved/fixed the issue! Once again, very quick, clean, and professional. Highly recommended company to call! Pricing is fair also!!

Potter Heating and Cooing has performed all of our home HVAC maintenance and repair over the last three years. They have done an exceptional job in supporting not only the maintenance but also repairs in the past to replace our blower motor and get our AC back on line. The service today was the heating maintenance, Todd Collins was our service technician, he did a great job servicing the furnace and took the time to talk through future maintenance items that may be needed. Greatly appreciated, I would highly recommend.

Todd came out and cleaned my furnace. Was timely and knowledgeable. He took his time and stayed around after he finished to answer some questions about the chance that my old furnace needs to be replaced mid winter. First experience with the company but won't be the last. First impression: Honest, knowledgeable, and affordable.
