Expert and thorough diagnosis.
Reasonably priced, honest, friendly and professional service, very responsive. I recommended Potter to my son, who used Potter and was very pleased. He thought he needed a new furnace, but Potter assured him his present one was doing fine. A big relief.
Excellent service!!! The technicians are friendly, professional, and care about their customers. They are extremely knowledgeable and are able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately. They went above and beyond for us to make sure our furnace was working. In the process, they discovered that we had a serious problem with our breaker box and made sure we were connected to an electrician who was there in 45 minutes to fix the electrical problem and avert catastrophe. Thank you very much, Todd, Jake, and Tony for all of your help!!! We highly recommend Potter for all HVAC needs!!!
Tony quickly identified the problem with my unit, corrected it, and advised me regarding how to proceed in the future. He was very careful to protect my hardwood floors on his many trips in and out of my home. I should mention that Potter accommodated me the day after my first call to them. In contrast, another well known company (which professes to provide prompt service) would have scheduled me 7-10 days out!! I would absolutely recommend Potter.

I was able to get a quick appointment to fix my furnace. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, and my furnace was running again within an hour from start to finish. They were efficient and professional.
Furnace stopped working on the coldest day we've had so far this year, after hours. They sent someone out at 8:30 at night. He got it running again and explained quite a bit about how my furnace works and was a consummate professional. Will use them in the future for havac needs.
