I got 2 quotes for a new furnace install. Potter won with several factors making my choice. They quoted on Monday 02-02-26 and installed a new Carrier Infinity furnace on 02-05-26. They did a good job. I was happy with their work. The guys were nice, and new what they were doing in all phases of the job. They didnt mind me watching and answered all my questions. After turning gas back on my hot water tank would not light and they pulled the burner out and cleaned the pilot light parts and she fired right back up. Im very satisfied with it so far. Our old furnace was a 70 year old Lennox that honestly didnt owe me a dime. It was just time to send that old girl to the furnace cloud in the sky. Now saturday its -1 degree and the wind is blowing. The new furnace is getting a real workout 3 days after install. So time will tell how new verses old holds up. Thank you Potter heating for being a US military family owned company and hireing military family people.

Knowledgeable and friendly tech Ricky Bower went over entire heating system, found an error and reset it, provided advice and suggestions for planned living space expansion, and recommended humidifier and air purifier. Made sure everything was right and provided estimates for improvements. This is my 2nd encounter with Potter (I had a complete furnace/heat pump installed in a previous house) and I would highly recommend them.

No fuss, no muss. Repaired furnace on one appointment and came back for another appointment to clean furnace. Everything explained and made sense. Service Tech also gave us valuable insight into replacing our oil burning furnace with a natural gas furnace (we have natural gas presently). Never got the impression they wanted to make money, just that they wanted customer satisfaction. Hard to find these days. Really hard. We signed a maintenance agreement based on this one and first-time visit. The real deal. Veteran owned too.
