We have used Potter Heating and Cooling for 3 years.
The first time we needed to call was because Isaac heating cooling would not come fix our furnace for 3 days with below freezing temperatures.

Todd showed me exactly where the problem in the furnace was (inducer motor) and what he did for a temporary fix until he could get a replacement. He was most friendly and helpful.
