Entire experience was positive and professional
It was a Saturday and my oil furnace was producing a lot of soot. I called Potter Hvac emergency service. I got a call back from Chris who happened to be on call and specializing in fuel oil furnaces. After answering his questions, he told me that it would be ok to wait till Monday if I wanted or he would come out that night. I told him Monday would be fine. Chris arrived Monday and after doing a battery of tests, checking the furnace inside and out and making necessary adjustments AND cleaning up, the furnace was back in action! Many thanks to Chris and everyone at Potter HVAC! ...Again!
My water heater broke overnight and It was replaced by 10am the next morning. I can't say enough about this company!
Sunday afternoon our furnace was out and finding a company who could help us same-day proved very difficult. Potters had someone (Bob) to our home within 90 minutes of our call. While they weren't able to repair the issue on the spot, due to needing a completely new furnace, they were able to give us a thorough understanding of what needed to be done. Professional, clear and timely communication.
I would like to publicly thank Potter and all the folks associated with this company. I have nothing but Positive things to say about these folks. Excellent communication, integrity and an absolute joy to have them help my wife and I. In a situation where I simply wanted a "Fix quickly" they responded with future proofing my home for years to come. If you need HVAC work done, please consider Potter, I think you'd be happy you did. Great company responsive to my request for a tankless hot water heater quote. Jake was here within 48 hours to provide a quote and they were available to install in 2 days. Shawn performed the install and so far everything works great.
Excellent service! Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Everything from original service call to installation of new furnace and water heater was excellent. I Would fully recommend to anyone!
