The best of the best woke up one morning in late April. No heat called Potter came right out found out. We are going to need a new furnace they did everything they could to get the house comfortable for the day the next morning around 6:30 AM. They were there with a new furnace and Dave work the finance so that we could go ahead and put a brand new air conditioning unit in with a new furnace couldn't ask for anything better out of a company or an owner or a staff never have to worry about your house being uncomfortable with team Potter on board. Thank you so much have a great holiday season. See you in the spring they also do a superb job on tankless hot water heaters.

Kyle Brown did an exceptional job performing preventative maintenance. He pointed out any areas of concern and provided an overall heath checkup on my heating system. Kyle was very professional and represented Potter in a favorable manner.
