Scheduling was easily done on-line on a Sunday evening. I received a call from the office verifying the service request I made promptly Monday morning with an anticipated arrival time within 48 hours after my request. I was graciously contacted by the office to inform me that my Technician was finishing up another local job and he would be at my home promptly upon completion which was indeed the case. Ryan was professional, personable, and knew exactly what he was doing. My A/C was operational less than one hour after his arrival. Thank you Potter HVAC for your prompt and courteous service and professionalism.

We wanted central air and needed a new furnace so I contacted a few places. Potter responded quickly and had everything finished for us in less than a week with a great job done. We were very pleased with the technicians that did the installation!! Every person we talked with were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service. And to this day we never heard back from the other places. It speaks highly for Potter Heating Cooling!!

They are without a doubt one of the best companies I've ever had in my home. They just finished the spring AC check-up with a full report, full explanation, on time...everything. Thank you!
