The company notified me of receipt of my call and kept me posted about the arrival of the tech. The tech notified me that he was on the way and arrived promptly. There was a somewhat unusual problem with my furnace. The tech ran through a progression of options and stuck with it until the problem was resolved. He kindly answered all of my annoying questions as I watched over his shoulder.
I have dealt with Potter in the past as they have installed both my furnace and hot water heater. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone, including office staff, have been very professional. The prices have been reasonable and work well done.
Chris Stock arrived within the scheduled timeframe, quickly diagnosed the problem with my hot water heater, promptly demonstrated the issue to me and suggested a replacement. He located a unit within the closest proximity to Rochester, provided a quote and a proposed install date - all excellent customer service!!

Rick was competent and professional. He managed to get the heater working again when it was baffling me. It didn't need any serious repair but I am glad we have a relation with Potter to keep our equipment working when we need it.

Ricky was fantastic! He was personable and friendly. He's knowledgeable and quick. We appreciated him coming out to look at our furnace and diagnose it. The part was there next day and our furnace is working again and even better than before. Thank you Potter and thank you, Ricky!
