Emergency service call yesterday….. single digits, no heat. Had called regular provider 4 hours earlier, 3 separate times…..still no response as of this morning……. Tony showed up. Had heat within a couple hours, after running out to find a part. Highly recommend!!!!!

This is the second time Tony has been here. T he first was to clean the furnace. I took his advice to add a heat vent in the kitchen. There was none at that end of the great room. The tile floor were always cool to very cold. He remembered our earlier conversation and arrived with all of the supplies needed for the job. Before I knew it Tony was finished and both the kitchen and living room were warm. I am really enjoying the warmth in this latest snow storm. Thanks Tony!
Tony, the service technician, was very prompt, professional, and clearly communicated the problem and solution. He showed us what the issue was with the furnace, took time to explain how that affected the heating system, and how it could resolved. I was extremely impressed by the time this service person took to make sure that we understood. I would definitely use this organization again without hesitation.
highly recommend!! our furnace went out and they arrived in 24 hours to install a new one. everyone I delt with was very friendly and professional. the installers were done in no time, did a clean install and were very mindful while in and out of the house with materials. was a great local small bussiness to work with.

I had a hot water boiler fail on a 15 degree day. Potter was there within the hour, not exaggerating. The tech was able to diagnose the issues quickly and explained what needed to be done before proceeding. This house is new to me so the tech (Kyle McCormack) went the extra mile to recommend some non-emergency repairs to keep an eye on in the future. The pricing was fair given the work that was performed and everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional and personable. Five out of five.
