We have used Potter Heating and Cooling for 3 years.
The first time we needed to call was because Isaac heating cooling would not come fix our furnace for 3 days with below freezing temperatures.
We call Potter and they were there within hours.
Every individual who has come to the house have been professional and courteous.

I left a phone message on Sunday. First thing Monday morning, I received a call back. Technician arrived 8:25am!
Todd showed me exactly where the problem in the furnace was (inducer motor) and what he did for a temporary fix until he could get a replacement. He was most friendly and helpful.
Potter was extremely responsive to our needs. Todd did a fantastic job!! Highly recommend.
Emergency service call yesterday….. single digits, no heat. Had called regular provider 4 hours earlier, 3 separate times…..still no response as of this morning……. Tony showed up. Had heat within a couple hours, after running out to find a part. Highly recommend!!!!!
