Fast responsive service. They came when my heat was down in 3 hours when the company that put the system in (Issac) said they couldn't come for a week! I have since signed up for annual maintenance with Potter and am very happy with there friendly prompt service. I highly recommend them.
They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable and priced right. Highly recommend.

Potter replaced our hot water heater with an instant hot water system. Meticulous work, great accessibility and customer service, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Potter; they are what every contractor should be.
Tony did a great job investigating our furnace problem! We look forward to a replacement heat exchanger.
Very fast turnaround and work went faster then I expected. Todd did a great job explaining what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and then did what he said.
