Technician Todd was professional and thorough.
Todd came out and cleaned my furnace. Was timely and knowledgeable. He took his time and stayed around after he finished to answer some questions about the chance that my old furnace needs to be replaced mid winter. First experience with the company but won't be the last. First impression: Honest, knowledgeable, and affordable.

The team at Potter were outstanding to work with. Our water heater was failing and I needed some plumbing work done in a bathroom. I was easily able to contact someone and someone was out to give me a quote very quickly. The representative was friendly and professional. Once scheduled, they were here on time and completed the work within a timely manner and with great workmanship. I would highly recommend Potter to anyone that asked.
Definitely recommend! From a large complicated install to service work, always a great job. Also WAY more reasonable than other companies in the area. And all really nice guys!
