Called and made a same day appointment, they texted to say they were ahead of schedule, so were able to stop by earlier. They diagnosed the issue quickly, and made the repair quickly too... they do great work, very clean and neatly done! I'd highly recommend them.
I called Potter for a gas leak located near my water heater. They returned my call the next morning and were able to shuffle around a technician's schedule to fit me in. Todd came out about an hour later and was able to identify the leak locations quickly and repair them. He was knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and answered all my technical questions to help me better understand my system. Thanks Todd!

Potter did all the plumbing and HVAC work at our new business in Canandaigua. They were professional, focused on quality, and they stayed on schedule. We had one minor issue when we were finishing our own equipment right before opening and they came out at 9pm on a Saturday night and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Unbelievable service with this local company, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
Called for a same day service on my furnace (no heat issue). They were able to get an HVAC tech out within hours of my call. Shane was very professional, knowledgeable, was able to identify the issue within minutes and resolved/fixed the issue! Once again, very quick, clean, and professional. Highly recommended company to call! Pricing is fair also!!
