Called this morning to have someone come and check my furnace out...(making a very loud noise...quit working last night) Amanda was able to have someone at my house in a timely manner..Jake H arrived..listened to my furnace said it was the motor..can be replaced..I was stressing out that I would need a whole new furnace. Thank you Jake, I will be calling you again...in the future ?

I had a great experience with Potter Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Co. They recently installed a new steam boiler for me. The installation team was professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond with the quality of their work and completed the job earlier than expected. The sales and office team were friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend them for any project.
John quickly found the problem with our heating system and had it fixed in under 20 minutes. Wasn't even an emergency call. Super helpful, affordable, knowledgable and friendly. Would go to them again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend!
